Role Description The Reel Creator Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the team member will plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content and reels for social media platforms, following brand guidelines and campaign goals. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming creative concepts, capturing engaging footage, editing videos with transitions and effects, adding music and captions, and optimizing content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The role involves coordinating with the marketing team to align reels with ongoing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and iterating on content based on feedback and results. The Reel Creator Fresher is expected to stay updated on social media trends and contribute fresh ideas to enhance audience engagement.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess basic video creation skills, including shooting, editing, and familiarity with short-form content formats such as reels.
• Candidates should possess creativity and storytelling abilities, with an eye for visual aesthetics, framing, and engaging narrative structure.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram and Facebook) and an understanding of trending formats, hashtags, and audience engagement practices.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of video editing tools or mobile editing apps and a willingness to learn more advanced software as needed.
