We're looking for someone who can become the face of the brand and help shape how modern dating conversations are discussed online.
This role is for someone who understands internet culture, knows how to create relatable content, and can independently turn ideas into engaging reels/posts with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
- Conduct street-style interviews and social experiments in Hyderabad
- Create emotionally intelligent, conversation-driven short-form content
- Develop viral-first reel concepts around:
- dating culture
- texting habits
- communication issues
- modern relationships
- emotional maturity
- red flags / green flags
- Host and perform confidently on camera
- Script hooks, structure conversations, and create engaging formats
- Shoot, edit, and deliver final-ready reels/posts
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to the brand voice
- Collaborate closely with founders on content direction and campaigns
- Build a recognizable and consistent online personality for the brand
What We're Looking For
- Strong on-camera presence
- Comfortable approaching and interviewing strangers
- Deep understanding of Gen Z + young working professional culture
- Strong instincts for viral content and audience psychology
- Emotionally aware and conversational — not overly influencer-polished
- Can independently ideate, execute, edit, and post content
- Experience with Instagram Reels/Shorts-style storytelling
- Skilled in mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Someone proactive who doesn't need constant monitoring
