Our customers use Redica Systems to more effectively and efficiently manage their inspection preparation, monitor their supplier quality, and perform regulatory surveillance.

The Role

Redica is expanding its platform capabilities and building deeper integrations with the Veeva Vault ecosystem as part of our Quality and Regulatory Intelligence (QRI) platform. We are looking for a Veeva Vault specialist with hands-on experience configuring and developing on the Vault platform.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to design and implement integrations between Redica and Veeva Vault applications such as QualityDocs and RIM. You will help configure Vault environments, build integrations using Vault APIs, and develop custom logic using the Vault Platform SDK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain components within the Veeva Vault platform, including objects, workflows, lifecycles, and security models
  • Design and implement integrations between Veeva Vault and Redicas platform using Vault REST APIs
  • Develop custom business logic using the Vault Platform SDK (VPK) when platform configuration alone is not sufficient
  • Package, deploy, and manage Vault configuration changes across environments
  • Support document and metadata synchronization between Vault and external systems
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into Vault configurations and integrations
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliability across systems operating in regulated environments

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience working with the Veeva Vault platform, ideally with applications such as QualityDocs, RIM, or QMS
  • Experience configuring Vault components, including objects, fields, workflows, lifecycles, and security models
  • Experience working with Veeva Vault REST APIs and building system integrations
  • Familiarity with the Vault Platform SDK (VPK) and developing custom logic or triggers
  • Programming experience with Java; Python experience is a plus
  • Experience working in life sciences or other regulated environments (GxP)
