Job Description

The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using RedHat OpenStack, ensuring efficient virtualization, automation, and seamless integration with enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using RedHat OpenStack.
  • Administer and maintain large-scale virtualized environments using RHEV (Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services and ensure seamless operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and virtualization.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline deployment and management of cloud resources.
  • Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor cloud performance, optimize resources, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support migration of workloads to OpenStack environments and implement high-availability solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 49 years of experience in cloud administration, OpenStack, or virtualization technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with RedHat OpenStack and RHEV administration.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, virtualization, and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for deployment automation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and integration issues.
