Location: Hustle hub Tech Park, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Shift:: 2:00 PM 12 00 AM (US shift)

Days: 6 days/week

Fixed Stipend: INR 30000 per month ( including shift allowance )

Incentives: Up to 5,000/month

Full-time Confirmation: After 4 months

Role Overview

We're looking for a Reddit Marketing Specialist to build and execute content strategies that authentically engage Reddit communities in the USA. In this role, you'll create platform-native content that fits Reddit's culture while driving brand awareness, traffic, and meaningful conversations for Wiingy.

Key Responsibilities

Research relevant subreddits and participate in discussions

Create posts, comments, and community interactions that add real value

Track trending conversations and identify content opportunities The ideal candidate understands Reddit's unwritten rules, knows how to make brand messaging feel organic, not promotional and can create content Redditors want to engage with.
