Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Reddit Content Specialist & Operations Assistant to act as the right hand to our Team Lead.
Currently, our fast-paced content ecosystem moves quickly—covering everything from content creation and scheduling and tracking. We need someone who doesn't just write great content, but who also possesses the operational mindset to help us track, monitor and establish a flawless workflow.
This is a remote position to start, with the exciting opportunity to transition into a onsite role when our new physical office opens later this year.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Craft engaging, authentic content tailored specifically to various Reddit communities, ensuring it aligns with specific subreddit rules and formatting styles.
- Workflow & Track Management: Maintain a meticulous record of all live posts, scheduled content, and historical performance.
- Active Monitoring: Keep a close eye on published content to immediately identify and log post removals or shadowbans, ensuring our strategy adapts instantly.
- Karma & Account Building: Execute daily strategies to naturally grow account authority and karma across multiple profiles.
- Team Lead Support: Act as a dependable second-in-command to the Team Lead, helping to enforce instructions, organize daily tasks, and streamline internal processes.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Deep Reddit Expertise: You must understand Reddit inside and out—both as an active daily user and preferably as a marketer. You know the unwritten rules of the platform, how to avoid looking corporate, and how to navigate strict moderation.
- Obsessive Attention to Detail: You can follow complex instructions flawlessly, catch minor discrepancies in tracking sheets, and notice immediately if a post gets quietly removed.
- Operational Mindset: You enjoy structure. You don't just want to create content; you want to help build a better system to track it.
- Hard Worker & Self-Starter: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and tight communication.
- Adaptability: Ready to help define and refine exact roles and operational requirements as our team scales.
