We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organization's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage job postings on recruitment platforms.
- Assist with onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Location:** Chembur, Mumbai
Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
