Responsibilities
- Source, attract and hire top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability for roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the team.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior recruiters to enhance their skills and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to optimize the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence candidates.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidates effectively.
