Recruitment Team Lead

The LHR Group is working with some of the top names in the country, including leading MNCs, well-funded startups, and large Indian conglomerates. We are looking for a Team Lead Recruitment with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The person will be managing and guide a team of recruiters while driving hiring performance and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train recruiters to improve their performance.
• Manage recruitment targets, daily activities, and team productivity.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Build strong sourcing strategies and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Develop a strong understanding of the sectors, companies, and talent markets being covered.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience and in training and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Proven experience in achieving individual and team hiring targets.
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a consultative approach to recruitment.
