Must Have Skills: Independently source and locate candidates to fill the various positions that are open such as Sales Manager, Dietitian, Physiotherapist, Operations, etc.
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help attract top talent to the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job platforms
- Coordinate offer rollout and assist with pre-joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
- Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Good understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to screen candidates effectively
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools

JobTiming: Mon - Sat; 9.30am to 6.30pm
Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
