Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist from Elevator industry only based in Bengaluru. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role also involves coordinating with department managers, conducting training programs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and induction process. The ideal candidate will also contribute to talent acquisition strategies, fostering a robust workforce aligned with the company's values and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in industry specific Recruitment , including sourcing and hiring talent
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Effective Communication skills to ensure clarity and collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience in designing and facilitating Training programs
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles in the vertical mobility sector is a core prerequisite
