Role Description

This full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role at TruColors is located in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Primary duties include interviewing and assessing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and organizing effective training programs for new employees. The Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent to meet dynamic business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring, recruiting, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for effective collaboration and candidate engagement
• Experience in creating and delivering employee training and development programs
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in HR or recruitment roles is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
