Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our contact center operations to join our Jaipur and Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BPO hiring processes, sourcing techniques, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent quickly. You will partner with business managers to understand requirements, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions including Voice, Non-Voice, Back Office, and Customer Support roles.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
  • Manage the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports for management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with Business Heads/Team Leads to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in BPO/ITES recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Good sourcing skills across portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
  • Experience in high-volume hiring is a plus.
