Location: North Bengaluru (Full-time, On-site, 6 Days Working)

Compensation: 3.50 – 4.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for assessing candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support new team members during their integration into the organization.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic HR tools or software.
• Candidates should possess the ability to build relationships, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a professional, inclusive approach to hiring.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in recruitment or HR, and a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

What We're Looking For

• Must-Have 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Preferred Experience hiring for Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or Creative Industry roles.
