Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Varanasi. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the hiring process by identifying and attracting top talent, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, and collaborating with department heads to understand staffing requirements. Additional responsibilities include training new hires, facilitating onboarding activities, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure a positive experience.

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing and identifying qualified candidates
• Proficiency in planning and conducting Interviews effectively
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage candidate relations
• Familiarity with Training methodologies and onboarding processes
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of industry trends and workforce planning is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
