The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for sales, merchandising, accounts, manufacturing, and operational roles. This is a high-impact position that ensures we hire the right people who shape client experience and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store, factory, and office roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks.
- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate communication, grooming, brand fit, and technical skills.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and store managers.
Role Profiling & Requirement Management
- Work with management to create JDs, hiring criteria, and role expectations.
- Understand the unique requirements of jewellery roles (sales, merchandisers, karigars, QC, accounts, etc.).
- Maintain updated manpower plans for both stores and factory.
Candidate Experience & Brand Representation
- Ensure high-quality, professional communication with all applicants.
- Represent the brand's luxury ethos during interviews.
- Maintain a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Oversee joining formalities, documentation, ID creation, and induction planning.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain employee database and records.
HR Operations Support (Secondary)
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR admin tasks.
- Support HR Manager in policy implementation and internal communication.
- Help plan training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 14 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
- Experience in retail/luxury/jewellery/hospitality hiring is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills with polished presentation.
- Ability to screen for soft skills, grooming standards, and cultural fit.
- Proactive, organised, and high integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced premium retail environment.
