Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist based in the Mohali district, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, screening applications, and shortlisting candidates. The role involves coordinating and conducting interviews, guiding hiring managers on selection decisions, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and collaborating with department leads to understand workforce needs and timelines. The Recruitment Specialist will also support onboarding and training coordination, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment and building effective candidate pipelines.
  • Proficiency in interviewing and assessment techniques, with the ability to evaluate competencies and cultural add.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in training coordination or supporting onboarding activities to help new hires integrate successfully.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple requisitions.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and basic employment regulations relevant to the region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a fast-paced service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from the Mohali district, demonstrating reliability and self-motivation.
