Location: Thane (W), Located Near Thane Railway Station.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist (Placements) located in Thane. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, coordinate placement efforts, and ensure the right fit between candidates and roles. Additional responsibilities include providing training support for new hires, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience for selected candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with training methodologies and employee development practices
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and team members
• Experience in recruitment for technical, non-technical, or niche roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
