As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to drive our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals who align with our vision of revolutionizing the FinTech industry.
Objectives of the Role
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Build a strong talent pipeline to support current and future business needs.
- Enhance employer branding to position PaySprint as a top FinTech employer.
- Leverage AI-powered screening tools to optimize candidate evaluation and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using AI-driven recruitment platforms and advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and recruitment agencies for talent acquisition.
- Conduct AI-enhanced resume parsing and automated candidate shortlisting to improve hiring efficiency.
- Manage and analyse recruitment data to refine sourcing strategies and optimize the hiring funnel.
- Develop and implement AI-based skill assessments for objective candidate evaluations.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
- Stay updated with emerging AI-driven recruitment trends and tools to enhance hiring processes.
- Foster a strong employer brand by engaging in talent outreach programs and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in FinTech or a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in talent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven recruitment tools, ATS, and HR analytics platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset to track recruitment performance and improve hiring strategies.
