Job Summary:-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare and post JDs on job portals and social media platforms.
2. Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and pipeline database.
3. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and management.
4. Offer & Closure
- Negotiate salary within approved budget.
- Roll out offer letters and complete joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
