About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in non-IT recruitment, specifically in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
- Source talent through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals & internal databases.
- Work majorly on non-IT/manufacturing roles such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchase, HR, Finance, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job descriptions.
- Maintain daily and weekly hiring reports and ensure closures within defined timelines.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain healthy professional relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
- Experience in staffing industry is mandatory.
- Domestic hiring experience is required.
- Strong experience in non-IT hiring especially for manufacturing/industrial roles.
- Knowledge of sourcing portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
- Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
