Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including Teachers/Tutors, Sales, Customer Success, and Corporate roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an EdTech company, understand high-volume and niche hiring, and be comfortable working from our Chennai office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Hire for diverse roles including:
- Teachers / Tutors / Academic roles
- Sales & Business Development
- Customer Success & Support
- Operations, Marketing, and other corporate functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and vendor partnerships.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates for role fit, culture fit, and communication skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews; ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for recurring roles (teachers and sales).
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and timelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 25 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an EdTech company.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across both academic and non-academic roles.
- Strong understanding of bulk hiring and specialized hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to work from the Chennai office (mandatory).
