Positions, we're hiring for:

• Recruitment Specialist (1 - 3 yrs)
• Senior Recruitment Specialist (Ideally: 5 - 8 yrs)

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
• Stakeholder management: Own client relationships and their job mandates
• Innovate in candidate sourcing & vendor engagements
• Achieve placement, revenue and engagement objectives
• Deliver results with focus, speed & creativity

You must be:

1. Proven Expert in at least 2 of these domains of hiring: (A) Technology / (B) Leadership / (C) Volume or Bulk / (D) Niche / (E) Staffing - domestic / (F) Staffing - international roles
2. High Energy individual who is Passionate about recruiting & truly love the hunt
3. Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful & a problem solver
4. An excellent communicator & confident with stakeholders
5. Savvy: Adept with online productivity and popular ATS tools
6. Willing to work in a small/ high powered team with minimal supervision

Who we prefer:

• Immediate / Early joiners
• Strong existing client relationships
• MBA in HR / Marketing/ International business from a reputed institute (Not mandatory)
• Successful Track record on International job placements (Not mandatory)
• Residing in Proximity - We're at Green Park, New Delhi 110016. (Not mandatory)
