Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding

·        Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

·        Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

·        Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

·        Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

·        Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

·        Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

·        Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

·        Handle offer rollouts and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

·        Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

·        Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

·        Experience in bulk hiring / IT hiring

·        Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

·        Strong negotiation and coordination skills
