What you'll do:

• Source and hire IT talent across technologies
• Manage endtoend recruitment cycle
• Identify and engage potential clients for IT staffing/services
• Pitch solutions, and close deals
• Build longterm client relationships

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of IT recruitment & IT sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Selfmotivated, resultsdriven approach.
