Getfive is a SEBI registered merchant banking firm based out of Mumbai & Ahmedabad. The firm is focused on IPO as well as fund raising through Private Equity and Debt. Along with the merchant banking division, the firm has also launched AIF CAT 1.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Recruiter. The role requires structured candidate interview pipeline management, strong analytical capability and the ability to assess candidate-role fit strategically. The ideal candidate should be capable of balancing operational execution with quality hiring outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate interview pipeline efficiently to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals and other recruitment channels.
  • Analyse candidate profiles strategically to ensure proper alignment with job roles and organizational needs.
  • Screen resumes against defined job requirements and competency benchmarks.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess role suitability, behavioral alignment and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with internal stakeholders and ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain and regularly update ATS and recruitment Excel trackers with accurate data.
  • Provide structured and timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation for future hiring requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 Years of experience in recruitment.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with financial role recruitment is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring metrics.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and advanced Excel usage for recruitment tracking.
  • Analytical thinking with ability to assess behavioral and competency-based fit.
  • Good understanding of human behavior and interview evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

Work Schedule

Full-time & On-site: Ahmedabad

Working Hours: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Saturdays: 1st, 3rd & 5th
