About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher for Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Recruitment and some initial exposure to recruitment activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
- Assist in various other activities
Operations
- Support onboarding activities and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 6 months of prior recruitment experience preferred
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
