About the Company

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Bulk Hiring Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing high-volume recruitment for entry-level and support roles in our BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates within tight timelines.

About the Role

The role involves managing high-volume recruitment for entry-level and support roles in our BPO operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring of candidates for BPO operations (Voice, Non-Voice, Customer Support, Sales, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, consultants, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct initial screening (telephonic/face-to-face) to evaluate candidates communication, skills, and suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview process.
  • Manage walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and job fairs to build a continuous talent pipeline.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers regularly.
  • Ensure offer roll-outs, documentation, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding are completed within timelines.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality hiring on time.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement to minimize dropouts and improve joining ratios.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • 25 years of experience in bulk hiring, preferably in BPO/ITES industry.
  • Experience in hiring for voice/non-voice processes will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in bulk/mass hiring (preferably in BPO or similar high-volume hiring environment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing channels and innovative hiring strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve high targets within deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, recruitment portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.), and ATS tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hiring for voice/non-voice processes will be an added advantage.
