Hiring: US Recruiter BFSI (Non-IT | MSP/VMS | Direct Hire Experience)

Location: Bangalore (On-site, 5 days a week)

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter with strong expertise in BFSI (Non-IT) hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in MSP/VMS programs, handling high-volume requisitions, and managing both contract and direct-hire placements for Financial Services clients. Candidates who are actively looking for a job change and can join soon will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US recruitment for BFSI (Non-IT) roles
• Work within MSP/VMS environments and meet strict SLAs
• Support both direct-hire and contract hiring for financial clients
• Source, screen, and submit quality candidates within deadlines
• Handle high-volume roles with accuracy and quick turnaround
• Coordinate with MSP partners, hiring managers, and internal teams

Key Requirements:

• 26 years of experience in US Recruitment
• Strong experience hiring for BFSI Non-IT roles
• Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS portals (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN, etc.)
• Experience in direct-hire placements (highly preferred)
• Excellent sourcing, communication, and candidate management skills
• Open to working on-site in Bangalore, 5 days a week
• Preferably candidates who are actively seeking a new opportunity
