Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Headhunting
- Lead end-to-end hiring for Product, Tech Sales roles.
- Drive volume hiring with minimal turnaround time (TAT).
- Actively headhunt through LinkedIn, referrals, niche groups, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for recurring and future roles.
- Own ATS management update pipelines, track candidate stages, and maintain reports.
Coordination Execution
- Manage interview scheduling, rescheduling, and feedback loops efficiently.
- Maintain constant communication with candidates and hiring teams for smooth coordination.
- Track metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source efficiency.
- Maintain discipline in documentation, follow-ups, and daily recruitment trackers.
Business Partnering
- Work closely with functional heads to understand hiring priorities.
- Suggest sourcing strategies and talent insights to speed up closures.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization will be an advantage.
- Experience in Health tech / Wellness industry
Preferred Profile
- 35 years of hands-on recruitment experience in Product, Tech, and Sales hiring.
- Experience in healthtech, wellness, or weight-loss startups is highly preferred.
- Proven success in volume hiring and high TAT environments.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS tools, and talent databases.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-moving setup.
