Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes across the firm's service domains. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selecting suitable talent. The role involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, preparing job descriptions, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to understand staffing needs, support onboarding activities, and contribute to training and talent development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting to manage full recruitment cycles and fulfill staffing requirements effectively.
  • Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate fit, conduct structured interviews, and engage clearly with stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Training and Communication skills to support onboarding, deliver basic orientation sessions, and promote consistent HR practices.
  • Relevant experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within consultancy, professional services, or related sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to ethical hiring standards.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and common office productivity software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
