Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified
- candidates
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE
- labour laws
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and professional platforms
- Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Familiarity with UAE labour laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
