Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and onboarding new hires. The role involves collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will assist in training initiatives and support ongoing employee engagement and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively
- Strong Communication skills for coordination and collaboration with stakeholders
- Ability to develop and deliver Training programs and supporting professional development
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
