We are looking for an experienced International Recruitment Specialist with strong exposure to the Gulf (GCC) market. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end overseas recruitment processes, support large-scale manpower deployment, and coordinate closely with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring and mobilization.
Position Title: Recruitment Specialist (Blue Collar)
Location: Kochi
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end international recruitment for GCC clients across blue-collar and skilled categories
- Source, screen, and select candidates as per client requirements
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and selection campaigns (domestic & international)
- Manage visa processes, documentation, medicals, and deployment logistics
- Maintain strong knowledge of Gulf labour laws, market trends, and compliance requirements
- Liaise with clients, overseas partners, and internal teams for timely closures
- Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and recruitment tools
- Work towards individual and team hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to management
Eligibility & Requirements
- Any bachelor's degree
- 510 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably for the Gulf market
- Prior experience with a manpower agency or consultancy serving GCC clients
- Strong understanding of visa procedures, mobilization, and deployment workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software / ATS
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment campaigns and client coordination
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, etc., is an advantage
