Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Recruitment Specialist. Looking for a proactive and adaptable Recruiter who can handle end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced

environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from scratch, working closely

with founders, and hiring creative and technical talent

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with founders and hiring managers to understand immediate and upcoming hiring

needs

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Interior Designers, Architects, Draftsmen, Site

Engineers, and Interns

Source candidates using referrals, LinkedIn, social media groups, colleges, and walk-ins

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Support offer discussions and salary negotiations within startup budgets

Maintain candidate trackers, interview feedback, and offer documentation

Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and basic HR coordination

Stay updated with hiring trends and salary benchmarks in the design industry

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate HR, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of recruitment experience (architecture and interior design )companies preferred ) Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment
