Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for a variety of IT roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews and feedback collection with hiring teams
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Keep up to date with trends and best practices in IT recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in IT recruiting or technical staffing
- Familiarity with common IT roles (e.g., software developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS systems
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of technical skills and programming languages is a plus
