across Bangalore, Ernakulam, Hyderabad, Lucknow, and Indore.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Recruiter with a strong background in hiring

for sales roles within the BFSI or financial services sector. The role requires the ability to

manage high-volume hiring across diverse geographies and effectively engage with candidates

from different linguistic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across multiple locations

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking

Handle bulk and lateral hiring mandates for sales positions

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver within timelines

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across regions

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes

Track recruitment metrics such as closures, TAT, and offer-to-join ratios

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

Support campus drives, walk-ins, and recruitment campaigns as required

Key Requirements

4 to 8 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on sales hiring

Proven experience in BFSI, stock broking, or financial services hiring is highly preferred

Strong experience in bulk hiring and multi-location recruitment

Proficiency in multiple languages (such as Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, or

Telugu) is highly preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Willingness to travel based on business requirements
