This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Thane. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, which include identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members. The role also involves facilitating employee training programs and fostering effective communication throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.

• Knowledge and experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams
• Experience in employee Training and development initiatives
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a recruitment role or HR position is a plus
