We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across various domains through innovative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
Screen profiles and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate interest
Maintain and update candidate records in ATS
Track sourcing metrics and improve sourcing strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
Map market talent and conduct competitor research when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
37 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
Experience working on mid-level to senior-level hiring
Good understanding of IT / Non-IT niche hiring
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals
