Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghpat, India, for a Recruitment Scout. The Recruitment Scout will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging potential candidates aligned with FEA's goals to expand its teaching and mentoring workforce. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach in local communities, building partnerships with relevant networks, coordinating recruitment campaigns, screening candidates, and supporting hiring initiatives to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging effectively with local communities and potential candidates.
  • Proficiency in outreach, recruiting, and building relationships with local networks.
  • Organizational and project coordination skills for managing recruitment activities and campaigns.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use email, spreadsheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams while independently handling recruitment objectives.
  • Knowledge of regional languages or dynamics in north India's communities is an advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
