Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 28-38 years of experience in recruitment and workforce planning.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
