Role & Designation Recruitment Partner

Nature of Job Full Time Permanent (3 Months Training + 6 month's Probation) Work Location Remote with occasional visits to office (once in 3 months for important meetings, get together or trainings) Work Timing 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM

Work Days - 5 Days working (Saturday and Sunday Off)

Passed out between 2020 and 2025 (Graduation- B.Tech/B.E or Postgraduation-MCA, M.Sc., or MBA).

Have scored at least 60% in 10th, 12th/Intermediate, Graduation, and Postgraduation.

Interested in building a career in Recruitment talking to people, understanding roles, and helping companies hire the right talent.

Living in Pune for the past few years and familiar with the city.

Job Description

The work will involve understanding the manpower requirement of the client company.

Sourcing quality and sufficient CVs from various relevant sources like Job Portals, Resume Database, LinkedIn & Other Social Media Platforms, References etc.

Sorting of the applications, preliminary screening of the shortlisted candidates, submission of resumes to the client, follow-up with clients for feedback, and coordination of interviews.

Job Specification

Qualification - Candidates must possess a degree in one of the following: B.Tech/B.E., MCA, M.Sc., or MBA.

The candidate must have a good academic background.

The candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

The candidate must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Email Management etc. The speed of typing, knowledge of keyboard shortcuts etc. will help.

The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and maturity to deal with candidates, clients and colleagues. The candidate must be service oriented by nature.
