Recruitment Operations Intern (Paid Internship)
Location: Hybrid Model, 3 Days In-Office per Week
Duration: 6-Month Paid Internship
Stipend: 18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendor partners and stakeholders to support hiring activities.
- Track and manage recruitment requirements, candidate status, and hiring updates.
- Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment data with high accuracy.
- Follow up with stakeholders and vendors for timely closure of open requirements.
- Assist in recruitment operations and vendor management processes.
- Ensure effective communication between teams involved in the hiring lifecycle.
- Support reporting and administrative activities related to hiring.
Key Requirements
- Any Graduates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Recruitment or HR Operations are preferred.
