Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and supporting the hiring needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and create job descriptions.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring progress.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
