Management of Interviews

Coordinate and oversee the entire interview process including scheduling, communication with candidates and interviewers, setting up panels, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Sourcing

Proactively search for and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with hiring managers, HR teams, and department heads to understand hiring needs, provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment cycle.

Document Collection

Collect necessary documents from candidates such as resumes, identification proofs, educational certificates, and experience letters as part of the hiring and onboarding process.

Document Verification and Submission

Verify the authenticity of collected documents and ensure they are correctly submitted to the appropriate departments or uploaded into internal systems for further processing.
