Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager will lead and drive the entire recruitment function, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for Gulf and domestic clients. The role requires hands-on sourcing, team leadership, process optimisation, and the ability to run bulk hiring drives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead a team of recruiters handling GCC, domestic, and blue-collar hiring.
- Allocate mandates, monitor productivity, and ensure timely delivery.
- Train and mentor recruiters on sourcing, screening, and client management.
2. Client Delivery & Account Management
- Understand client requirements in detail and plan sourcing strategies.
- Ensure 100% compliance with client hiring standards and documentation.
- Manage communication with clients, share regular updates, and close positions within agreed timelines.
- Support business development with insights on market availability and hiring feasibility.
3. Sourcing & Selection
- Implement advanced sourcing strategies across Naukri, LinkedIn, sub-agents, networks, and job fairs.
- Oversee screening, shortlisting, technical evaluations, and coordination.
- Handle recruitment forOil & Gas shutdowns, EPC projects, fabrication yards, refineries, power plants, and similar verticals.
4. Bulk & Blue-Collar Recruitment Oversight
- Plan and execute high-volume hiring drives across India.
- Build and manage sub-agent networks for blue-collar manpower.
- Ensure mobilization readiness including medicals, visas, documentation, and travel alignment.
5. Process, Quality & Performance Management
- Maintain data accuracy, trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Improve TAT, reduce dropouts, and increase closure ratios.
- Standardize interview, screening, and evaluation processes.
Required Experience & Skill Set
- 812 years of experience in recruitment, withstrong exposure to Oil & Gas and GCC hiring.
- Experience managingbulk hiring drives, shutdown recruitment, and blue-collar mobilizations.
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver high-volume requirements within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, client handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Candidates from South India preferred andmust be willing to relocate to Vadodara.
