We are looking for someone with experience in Domestic Recruitment ONLY.
It is for the Internal requirement of V3 and not for the client.
- Handling End-End Recruitments.
- Managing stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, candidate management, etc.)
- Should have around 8 - 12 Years of recruitment experience and excellent knowledge of various IT domains.
- Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Should have experience in Bulk Hiring.
- Should come up with different recruitment strategies.
- Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team targets are met
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements related to recruitment and selection
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment systems and databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial/Lead role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment platforms
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and metrics.
