Hiring: Recruitment Manager – UK/EU Operations | Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our UK/EU staffing operations from our Bangalore office.
Location: Bangalore (5 Days Onsite)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred
Experience: 8–10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10–20 recruiters
- Drive end-to-end technical recruitment delivery for UK/EU markets
- Work closely with clients, account managers to ensure timely closures
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Monitor team performance, SLAs, and delivery quality
- Ensure strong pipeline management and stakeholder communication
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in technical recruitment (IT staffing mandatory)
- Proven experience managing mid to large-sized recruitment teams (10–20 members)
- Hands-on experience working on UK/EU requirements
- Strong understanding of contract and permanent hiring models
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
