Success Pact is looking for a Recruitment Manager who can lead recruitment operations, build strong client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and manage a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to data validation.
• Develop effective hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Generate new business leads, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth.
• Manage key client accounts, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Identify hiring requirements, forecast recruitment needs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve recruitment and business targets.
• Maintain effective communication, team engagement, and a positive work culture.
• Handle team grievances and support employee development.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Experience in client acquisition, key account management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Technical educational background preferred: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), MCA, or M.Tech.
• A proactive, self-driven, adaptable, and target-oriented professional.
