Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end hiring strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in niche hiring within the real estate and hospitality industries, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and strengthening the employer brand in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and leadership roles.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in real estate and hospitality sectors.
  • Drive adoption of recruitment technology, analytics, and tools for efficient hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain a structured selection process.
  • Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, ensuring capability building and performance.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to leadership for transparency and improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and industry networks.

Skills required

  • 7 - 9 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a significant track record in real estate and/or hospitality industries (Restaurant business).
  • Strong exposure to leadership and volume hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close senior-level positions and niche roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

Skills Preferred

  • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Expertise in employer branding and social media hiring strategies - including using LinkedIn as a recruiter and as a recruitment tool
  • Familiarity with HR analytics, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior recruiter.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS (preferably in greytHR), and recruitment dashboards.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills for leadership updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • Certification in talent acquisition or recruitment practices (desirable).
