Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end hiring strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in niche hiring within the real estate and hospitality industries, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and strengthening the employer brand in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and leadership roles.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in real estate and hospitality sectors.
- Drive adoption of recruitment technology, analytics, and tools for efficient hiring.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain a structured selection process.
- Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, ensuring capability building and performance.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to leadership for transparency and improvement.
- Cultivate relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and industry networks.
Skills required
- 7 - 9 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a significant track record in real estate and/or hospitality industries (Restaurant business).
- Strong exposure to leadership and volume hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close senior-level positions and niche roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Expertise in employer branding and social media hiring strategies - including using LinkedIn as a recruiter and as a recruitment tool
- Familiarity with HR analytics, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior recruiter.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS (preferably in greytHR), and recruitment dashboards.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for leadership updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Certification in talent acquisition or recruitment practices (desirable).
